Our Health and Beauty Spa operates by an on call service, so please try to book your treatments when booking your accommodation.  We do also welcome casual visitors to our Health & Beauty Spa, please call us if you would like further information or wish to make a booking.

Therefore, if you have not already done so, please book your preferred treatment upon arrival at the lodge. We look forward to welcoming you to The Spa.

Timings & Reservations

Paratiho Spa is open from 10am to 6pm daily. In order to ensure your desired appointment time, please book in advance (at least one day).  Casual visitors welcome.

Cancellations

We ask that you give us three hours notice if you cancel or change any appointments. Failure to do so will result in being charged 100%.

Pre-treatment

Please arrive a few minutes early in order to have your consultation with your therapist. It is very important that you inform your therapist of any existing health conditions. We ask that you complete and sign a health questionnaire and inform us if you have any allergies.
